We buy minced meat for our burgers from a local farmer from Balzhausen, burger rolls from the bakery Bäckerei Hansjörg Mayer in Niederraunau, meat from the butcher Metzgerei Baur from Ronsberg in Allgäu, flowers from Blumen Holl in Krumbach, fruit juices from Danner from Kirchheim.
